"Ask Us" is an e-mail service for requesting literature searches and reference information. Requests are filled on weekdays during normal business hours (except for holidays and other closings). If you need immediate assistance, please contact JPS Medical Library at MedicalLibrary@jpshealth.org.
Completion of the online search consultation form is preferred to ensure accurate literature searches are performed. For multiple search requests, please submit separate forms.
JPS library staff cannot perform literature searches related to coursework for team members enrolled in an accredited college/university course. Please contact your course faculty for more information on library services available through your institution.
Please allow us at least 7 - 10 full business days to complete your search. Searches will be completed in the order they are received unless it is for urgent patient care.

Please use the PICO framework if applicable to your question. Spell out abbreviations and acronyms included in your research question, alternative terminology, etc.
